This tai chi class, suitable for beginners and ongoing participants, focuses on improving body alignment, balance, coordination, and mind-body awareness. It covers tai chi principles, mind-body skills, and the 16-movement Tai Chi Fundamentals form. Attendance at most classes is strongly recommended for new participants. The cost is $100 for 12 classes; online registration and advance payment are required. Child care is not provided.
